Our Senior Researcher visited Norwegian Seafarers’ Union (NSU) and Norwegian Seafarers’ Association (NSA)
On April 12, 2023, Senior Researcher Setsuo Nomura (Mr.) visited NSU and NSA. At NSU, he had knowledge about the Norwegian measures to keep national seafarers, and at NSA exchanged views on tonnage tax scheme for shipowners.
