The 23rd Environmental Issues Committee was held.
In this committee, the members examined the Japanese government’s proposal for the International Maritime Organization (IMO) which contains on economic measures (MBM) for reducing greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions by vessels engaged in international trade.
